Tour Operating is where it all began for Monarch. Starting out as Cosmos Holidays in the 1960s, Monarch have been arranging holidays for our customers for over 50 years.
The recent move to consolidate our Cosmos, Somewhere2stay and AVRO brands under Monarch sets the platform for a clear customer proposition that will enable growth and ensure that we continue to satisfy the needs of our customers. The holidays range now covers the entire Monarch flight network, offering flexibility, service and great value.
Being a member of our Tour Operations team means being committed to delivering exceptional customer service, every time. Whether you’re in direct contact with customers or working behind-the-scenes to keep our operation running smoothly, your main focus will always be on ensuring that we deliver the very best customer experience.
Challenging and busy days are what you can expect living and working overseas. All of our positions involve hard work, initiative and long hours, but the rewards and benefits certainly make up for this.
The more you put into the job, the more you will get out of it. You must be a professional individual who enjoys life and be committed to delivering care and service of the highest level to all our customers. Excellent customer service, a variable approach to communication as well as a high level of personal presentation are a must.
We offer a comprehensive Induction training course prior to going to resort for our new team members, with ongoing training in resort.
We provide accommodation (which at times may be shared), a competitive salary (monthly, in arrears), payment of national insurance contributions and arrange your travel from a UK airport to your overseas resort and home again.
Benefits also include a holiday concession scheme offering reduced travel on completion of your first season with us.
