I am the Group Recruitment Coordinator for Monarch and I joined the company in 2001. My role is to coordinate recruitment activity across the business which involves advertising jobs, arranging and conducting interviews and assessments and issuing paperwork.
I really enjoy the feeling of offering someone a position that has been through a tough recruitment process for example our Apprenticeship Scheme saw over 1,000 applicants for 20 places! I feel my role is vital to the organisation as I make sure that we bring the correct people in to the company that can deliver outstanding service and value.
I am passionate about my role, we should all love what we do and create a business out of our customer’s passion for travel.
