Hi, my name is Claire. My role within Monarch Aircraft Engineering is Line Station Co-ordinator. This means that it's my job to review overnight Maintenance, ADD review of based A/C, housekeeping audits, monitor event tracking, Rostering shifts, managing leave and monitoring sickness to ensure correct coverage is available on site, checking invoices, managing airside passes and airside driving permits, booking medicals with occupational health, ordering uniform and ensure training for approvals is up to date.
The most exciting part of my role is that I have the opportunity expand my knowledge. Every day I am learning something new. With my knowledge of ground operations with MAL I enjoy seeing how the 2 companies work together. My roles helps to ensure that all the pieces are in place, without an in date ID Line engineers cannot work and this effect the service we deliver.
I had great support from my management team following my own personal development in applying for other positions within the company, from help CV writing and interview coaching. I attended an Assertive Skills course, which helped improved what I do in day to day in my job. Having attended World Host training I strive to go that bit further to exceed customer expectations. Monarch Aircraft Engineering is a business that likes to develop talent and will support you in any way possible.
